Bauhaus Quartz Solar Power Reserve 2112-4 – Sophisticated and distinctive

The new brand Bauhaus celebrates the integration of the Bauhaus building of the former VEB Uhrenwerke Ruhla and the watch assembly housed therein into the family-run watch company POINTtec. The building, in which the watch brands ZEPPELIN and IRON ANNIE have been produced for decades, was built in 1929 according to designs by the famous Jena architectural firm Schreiter & Schlag in the Bauhaus style. Bauhaus watches, made in the company’s own Bauhaus building!

The model Ref. 2112-4 appears modern and fresh thanks to the colorful accents and shines through details such as the domed dial, the slim lugs, and two-tone hands. What makes this designer piece a watch for every day is the particularly scratch-resistant K1 safety glass, as well as the high-quality Japanese solar movement Seiko VR43B with energy and date display.

The watch strap is a leather band with “Bauhaus” embossing and a length of 20 cm.
